- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, session duration, device type) to help us improve our website. Data is sent to Google LLC under their Privacy Policy.
- Web browsers: On your first visit we display a consent banner. You may accept or decline tracking cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.
- iOS app (iPhone / iPad): When you use our app on Apple devices, we respect Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework (Guideline 5.1.2). All third-party tracking pixels are automatically disabled within the iOS app. No tracking data is collected from our iOS app users.
7. Email Communications & Unsubscribe
Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, password resets) are sent to all customers regardless of marketing preferences, as they are necessary to fulfill your orders.
Marketing emails (newsletters, promotions, abandoned cart reminders, back-in-stock alerts) are only sent if you have opted in or made a purchase from us.
Unsubscribe: Every marketing email we send contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it will immediately remove you from all future marketing communications. You may also email privacy@krishasparkles.com to unsubscribe manually. We process all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
